Born out of passion & experience, MJ Adult Gymnastics is located in Coffs Harbour, NSW. Our program is run out of a “host gym”, catering to all skill levels for ages 16yrs+, guided by nationally certified coach, Mel Jane. Join us for a fun & challenging fitness workout, stretching, gymnastics conditioning & skills - and a social connection that can’t be beat!

Who am I?
With 30yrs of experience inside the gymnastics world, from recreational, competitive, acrobatic, cirque, performance & coaching, I bring a deep love and passion for helping people achieve their best. I believe MVMT is the gateway to freedom, trust, expression and joy & gymnastics is the tool that continues to provide these things on my own JRNY through this crazy-beautiful life. I have a desire to share my combination of technical skill & knowledge, love of the sport & life, with everyone I meet ~ and that maybe through MVMT & the JOY it. brings, we can change the world . . . “one flip at a time!”

PUBLIC LIABILITY & INDEMNITY
ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE COVERED UNDER PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE. AT THE BEGINNING OF YOUR ENROLMENT (SINGLE CLASS OR SESSION) YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A RELEASE WAIVER EXPRESSING YOUR AWARENESS OF THE DANGERS AND RISK OF INJURY BY PARTICIPATING (IF THE PARTICIPANT IS UNDER THE AGE OF 18YRS, THE WIAVER WILL ALSO NEED TO BE SIGNED BY A PARENT/GUARDIAN.
